WGTB-TV 28 signed on in November 1996 as a community television station that primarily covered the Charlotte city limits, although we have received feedback from viewers who are able to receive the station from much greater distances. We were blessed to begin leasing digital channel 55-3 in May of 2007 which extended our coverage to a seventy mile radius with a pristine digital signal. Plans are in motion for digital 55-3 to be carried on Time Warner digital cable as well.

The channels feature programming provided by FamilyNet, World Harvest Television, and Worship TV Network. Local programs such as The More Than Conquerors Broadcast are featured on the station and more original programming targeting various age groups will join the line-up soon.
